In order to improve our processes and services, we have implemented the following survey. 

1. In the last 3 months. In general how do you consider the service given by TeamFresh?
2. In the last 3 months. How do you consider the conditioning (pallet quality, palletizing, wrapping, fruit temperature) of the pallets sent by the operations team?
3. In the last 3 months. How do you consider the service given by the logistics team in terms of information being sent on time, invoices, ETA?
4. In the last 3 months. How do you consider the accuracy of the berries forecast and information being on time given by the supply team?
5. In the last 3 months. How do you evaluate the consistency and fulfillment of the special packages requested?
6. In the last 3 months. How would you evaluate the general quality of the berries at arrival?
7. In the last 3 months. How would you evaluate the response and quickness to your complaints and requirements?
8. In the last 3 months. How would you evaluate the everyday communication with the Executive team?
